Your satisfaction is important to us! Please note that due to the nature of our garments being used for health-related purposes (such as during tattoo sessions), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or used.
- Returns: We do not accept returns on used or worn items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We will happily offer a store credit in these cases.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized garments are also not eligible for return or exchange.
